Mary Jean Darby, RN, Vice President of Business Development

Mary-Jean Darby (MJ) is a registered nurse with an extensive background in managed health care and managed pharmacy. MJ has over 25 years of experience specializing in product development, product management, operational deployment, account/sales management and strategic planning. Prior to joining Apothecary by Design, MJ spent over nine years at Express Scripts where, as a vice president, she developed and managed clinical programs and operations. Prior to that she spent eight years at United HealthCare, where she was responsible for their disease management specialty units. She has also advised senior management teams at health plans, pharmacy benefit management companies and health care organizations, to create strategies and implement plans to enhance patient care and support growth opportunities.
