Apothecary by Design is pleased to offer online refills! To help better manage your care, you now have the ability to request refills, view and print your prescription profile, and check in on your current prescription status.
You can sign up for our online system in our store or by clicking here. On your first visit to our online system you will be asked to create an account. All accounts will be approved by our Apothecary by Design staff. For those patients with complicated disease states and complex prescription profiles, our staff will contact you to determine if online refills are appropriate for your specifiic pharmacy needs. All approved applicants will receive notification by email when registration is complete. Upon receiving this approval notification, you are ready to view your prescription profile information and begin ordering refills online.
To request a refill, simply visit our online refill system, enter your prescription number, and select preferred delivery method. You may also select prescriptions to refill directly from your prescription list. (The benefit of choosing from the list is that you can request multiple prescriptions at once.)
From the system, you have the ability to view the status of your prescriptions as well. If a prescription is out of refills, or expired, the pharmacy will need to contact your doctor. (Any prescriptions that may be delayed while pending doctor approval will appear in red.)
